If your item arrives:

• or incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@efeten.store

Include:

• your order number
• a clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, so please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.
