At EFE, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives:

- defective
- or incorrect
please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@efeten.store
Include:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, so please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.
